How it works
Easy from first sniff to happy pick-up

Book a free meet-and-greet tour so your dog can explore and our team can learn their routine.

Share vaccination records (see requirements) and your dog's feeding, medication and care notes.

Reserve your dates online or by phone. We recommend booking holidays 4–6 weeks ahead.

At drop-off, bring your dog's own food in labelled portions and any medications. A favourite blanket or toy is welcome.

During the stay your dog follows our daily routine of play, enrichment, rest and individual feeding, and you get updates.

At pick-up we share how they ate, slept and played.

Health & safety
Vaccination requirements
Every guest is vaccination-verified before their first visit, which keeps the whole pack healthy.
Required
- Rabies (per state law)
- DHPP / DAPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza)
- Bordetella (kennel cough), within the last 12 months
Recommended
- Canine influenza (H3N2/H3N8)
- Leptospirosis
- Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian is required before the first visit.
- Vaccines must be given at least 48 hours before the visit.
- Dogs must be on a current flea and tick preventative.
- Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old and have completed their puppy vaccine series.
- For group day care, dogs over 7 months must be spayed or neutered.

Dog Boarding FAQs
We recommend 2–3 weeks for regular dates and 4–6 weeks for holidays. Early registrants get priority booking when we open.
